Yes! With any plan you pick, you get to choose from three handcrafted packages. We have a Luxury package as a starter. To take the Luxury package up a notch, we have additional fixtures that come under the Prestige package.

After choosing your dream design and finalising all the paperwork, the time comes for the construction to begin. Our Delivery team, Hoju Homes, starts the process that is briefly outlined for you below –
- Site start and Slab Pour.
- Frame and Trusses.
- Brickwork.
- Plasterboard.
- Practical Completion Inspection (PCI).
- Settlement.

Yes. After you zero in on a design, you are needed to make a deposit based on the current base house price and offer. After doing so, we start preparing your tender and contract.
To provide you with an estimate we first ask you for the details of your land. These details could be in the form of contract of the land purchased, a developer disclosure plan, estate guidelines or a sales plan. We are happy to assist you in finding these records.
Post this, we will check if the home design you have selected complies with the land, developer and council.
Based on this, we provide you with an estimate.
